I did a first cut at bootstrapping the CURRENT version of OpenPKG on a new Mac OS X Tiger system with all updates installed. The build failed in what looks to me may be a problem in the way it's building the libraries (ranlib perhaps). I have built relatively recent versions of OpenPKG on OS X
