This fixes the problem on my end.
I am unable to build subversion 1.4.0 on my Solaris 10 machine with
OpenPKG-CURRENT.
It appears that on Solaris 10, one needs to link with -lrt in order to
use Berkeley DB, or at least portions thereof. See the attached
section of config.log from the apr-util directory:
