Standardize %{l_prefix}/var/*/log* directories?

I would like to propose standardizing the log directories for openpkg packages. Some packages put the logs directly under their var/package directory, others under a subdirectory, generally named either log or logs. %{l_prefix}/var/apache/log %{l_prefix}/var/mailman/logs
