The endless cycle of request and timeout can be broken by the imm-server
returning BAD_HANDLE on the request. Currently the imm server just discards
a message like this, when it can not locate the client information for the
handle used in trying to connect.
THe only issue then is: How does the AM
Could we have an update on this?
Either this enhancement is fixed or backed out asap
