assignment in function avd_susi_mod_send, which is:

Hi Anders,
I'm not sure that OnFailure can be used. Because I have already tried to config
on it but it does not work.
I tried some below settings and it can work. Maybe it can help you
- KillMode=control-group (default KillMode=process)
- Restart=on-failure
