Hi Chani,
IMM sets error strings only for ambiguous error codes, when it's not possible
to determine if CCB operation can be repeated or not.
The best case for that is the CCB abort due to ERR_NO_RESOURCE error message,
which it means that CCB might be aborted due to CCB validation (CCB should n

Change this to enhancement since IMM doesn't have to set error strings for all
ResourceAbort cases.
