Hello,
I posted a new blog about "Extended APDU status per reader" [1].
I think we will get more and more bug reports because the reader used
by the user does not support extended APDU.
Since PC/SC is unable to fix the problem we should educate our users.

As r5441 and r5442 inserts and then remove SM support from 'configure'
file, not sure if I can use other SM sent patches, specifically
SM erro
