Hi all,
We’ve been working with the GemSaveXpresso 32K smart cards and facing
certain problems. OpenSC works fine with GemSave GPK , but when GemSave
Xpresso is used instead, it produces an error message. The following error
comes while using the OpenSC-tool.

opensc-tool –av yields the following error message.

Connecting to card in reader Gemplus GemPC Twin 00 00...

[opensc-tool] iso7816.c:99:iso7816_check_sw: Instruction code not supported
or invalid

[opensc-tool] card-gpk.c:1706:gpk_get_info: Card returned error: Unsupported
INS byte in APDU

Using card driver Gemplus GPK.

Card ATR:

For any further detail about the problem, revert back.
Any assistance in terms of how to proceed would be highly appreciated.
