Somewhere between 0.11.4 and 0.11.8 the SigG application of
"TeleSec GmbH" Netkey cards got broken.
I bisected it to commit 3309.
With the attached patch I was able to use slot 3 with the SigG PIN and key
again.
Please check whether the change in the patch is sane and consider
applying it
