Ludovic, We made a custom implementation of the OpenSC, for the PT e-ID middleware. Very little functionality is in there. In the right time, we have provided to the PT Gov the source code of this custom implementation of the OpenSC. As the commercial owner, it is up to the PT Gov to publish this source code. This is not of Zetes' responsibility. However, I agree that we have missed a requirement. We have to mention we are using OpenSC and OpenSSL in both the EULA text and the Readme file. Regarding the OpenSSL, we used it AS IS, no customization was done. So there's no source code to publish. I will forward this issue to the right people in the PT e-ID project's organization. As you can see in the bug tracker [1] or on the mailing list [2] the PT e-ID packages uses OpenSC but we can't find the source code corresponding to the packages. OpenSC is licensed under LGPL v2.1 [3] and you have to conform to the licence by providing the source code of all the components including LGPL code. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.
