I tried to compile opensc 0.11.2 using MS Visual Studio 2003, but it failed
because of an unresolved external symbol: _sc_get_acos5_driver. After adding
card-acos5.obj to OBJECTS variable in Makefile.mak in src\libopensc
subdirectory it compiles without further errors.
