Here it is. The license is LGPL-2 and we would be really happy if you
accepted the patch in OpenSC :)
Warning: the patch is not finished. There are many things that must be
reviewed and, at this time, the older card version isn't even tested
with this new patch (only with an o

Hi Joao,
can you send the changes as a patch against current opensc svn?
(the new files can be extra attachments or part of the patch,
both is fine).
Assuming of course, the code is licensed under the same license
as opensc (LGPL-2) and we are allowed to add it to the project.

Recently we've been working on an OpenSC path for the Portuguese
National ID Card. The patch consists of a card driver and a PKCS#15
emulation layer.
The card appears to be working ok. However, there is still an issue
with the Signature Key: the card needs to receive the Verify PIN
