Something else to look at is how is OpenSSL handinng the situation.
They should be having the same problems. And since OpenSC can use OpenSSL,
we may want to use their installed version.

Is there any problem with opensc and Vista? My program use opensc and work
fine with Windows XP, but on Vista i have error. I got message,
unfortunately in polish and i can't translate to english. It looks
as if it problem with dll files.
