Thank-you very much for the post, that seems like an excellent contribution
to the OpenSim Community!
I'm wondering what type of effect this might have on RealXtend's project
development of a new viewer?
Will this "Rei" viewer work with the latest stock OpenSim server?

Rei will work with the latest stock OpenSim. SL Avatars however are
not (yet) supported, so you will only be able to see a default avatar,
but other than that, there shouldn't be any problems. It will also
work with ROBUST just fine.

So ALL avatars in an OpenSim region will appear as "Ruth"?
Are there any plans to possibly update the "Rei" Viewer so that it works
with both OpenSim and Op
Hi nlin, this is looking good.
Is there a prebuilt Windows binary of the Rei viewer available anywhere yet?
