The last time i tried it with windows 8 you need visual studio 2012 desktop. i remember soemthing the say 2010 not compatible with windows 8. But sofar i know it compiles fine on 2012. but i used the s010 bat in opensim to generate the sln file and VS C# converts it if needed. Right now no win8

well it doesn't matter what i do, the whole solution gets unloaded within VS 2012 8 or Desktop... but i was able to load and compile with "Blend for VS 2012" i guess blend is still able to read vs2010
