It looks like a bug on orkut's end. The team is currently looking at

Yes, we have regularly checked our email - have NOT received any mail

etc..or any problem that we needed to address. We just noticed that
app is not accessible.

That being said, I verified that I could not add the app to my orkut
account and have opened a ticket with the orkut team. If your app was
in violation
