It's the safety filter. An app may possibly not be visible to all
users depending on their safety filters (http://www.google.com/support/
orkut/bin/answer.py?hl=enanswer=106586), and the applicable safety
restrictions are governed by the content policy (http://www.google.com/
I want to add some new applications in the testing environment
(sandbox.orkut.com) but after the sandbox update there is no link to
do so. Can someone please let me know where exactly can I add a new
application?

the same Unauthorized Error. The exact error message is HTTP response
saying 401 Unauthorized even though my access token and access secret
