I have made changes to my application XML which is hosted at http://hosting.gmodules.com I would really like to know when can I assume for sure that the end users will start seeing my changes.... I have been changing the css and js versions for doing this so that end users can see my changes but I do now know when will the end users start seeing the version number specified in my xml file...
