Yep, Mak is correct; apps are now added and removed by clicking the "edit" link to the right of the Apps heading. If you're signed into http://sandbox.orkut.com but the Apps heading doesn't appear, you can manage your applications by navigating to http://sandbox.orkut.com/MyApps.aspx directly. -
