What are you doing when you app loads? The recommended practice is not to load almost anything at first: just show a "Loading screen", and then pull the rest of the resources asynchronously. That way your app is responsive and will pass the AppReviewer test, and the user will like it better bec

The URL is working, but actually, this error occurred because when our automatic process tested the application, that URL was not available. The best thing to do here would be to submit your application again and see if it gets approved. It might have been a temporary outage in the Maps API. --
