Wait, now I'm a little confused... please tell me in detail what you are doing to submit your applications. If I understand correctly, you *never*ran your application in sandbox? Is that right?
If you're developing for orkut, then at some point you have to run your application to test it, right? Where are you doing this (the only possibility is sandbox)?
