Changes were rolled out to the sandbox today that took a while to
propagate across our network. It should be long enough that you
should see these issues be resolved. If not, please post here again.

It's good to know that this is being worked on, though trying to show

The sandbox has been down since about 3am EST (midnight PST). It is
still down at 2:30 pm EST, 12 hours later!
