(Without fully understanding your use case...)
If you're writing an OpenSocial app, you could use
"opensocial.IdSpec.PersonId.OWNER". If you're using a client library,
simply "@me" often works. Otherwise you'll have to fetch the Id using
the first method and plug that into your library.
