The issue on prod.sandbox has been fixed and the all features of the
apps, including canvas view, uploading of featured apps and uploading
of apps by URL are now functioning as expected.
Once again we're very sorry for the inconvenience.

hi yes im working on the sandbox fine, but ive had this happen the
other way round before where sandbox is dead but prod.sandbox is ok. I
want to make sure its nothing im doing my end, as if both stop working
then im really stuck!
