Hi Viswanath, Unfortunately, there are no such APIs which provide you number of Profile views for a particular user.
However, If a user has an application installed on orkut and that is shown as one amongst the top 3 on his profile, this OpenSocial application can keep a count of profile views. But this is not a acceptable solution as you can not ensure every one has this application installed and appearing as one amongst the top 3 on this profile. Hence, in short I am sorry to say - right now this is not possible.
