[orkut-developer] Require Caja is causing error 500 on apps.

Require Caja is causing Internal Server Error (Error 500) on apps.

I tested in prod.sandbox, sandbox and production.

Code snippet:

<ModulePrefs title="Caja Test" ... >
    <Require feature="caja" />
    ...
</ModulePrefs>
