If i recall correctly, there is a minimum amount of chars you have to use.
Try it, and let us know.
PS: Is there any reason why you are submitting a test app ? Or is it just on
sandbox ?

Does anyone know how much time does it take for the application to get
activated in Orkut directory? Does Orkut have a support email address
for correspondence?
