I have some applications since 2009, but in the last days my ISP had problems, and applications are no longer listed on Orkut. What can I do to rectify?

Hi, We have few applications on Orkut. I noticed yesterday that
these
applications are no longer showing on profile pages (profile views).
Just one application is shown
in the profile and others are not shown.
Do we need to make some changes in our code so profile views could be
shown?

I have submitted applications in the past few days, but none of them
approved yet.
May I know if the approval process is temporarily stopped or delayed.

I can't see applications menu on left hand side at Sandbox. It was
showing few minutes back where I had one application installed. I
removed that application and the menu also disappeared. I can't see
the menu at all now. I am approved user for Sandbox.
