In the C-team review for junit, I am suggested that the junit source jar
file should not be installed.
Also, I find there is an inconsistency in the final material for junit.
Two locations are mentioned for junit javadoc:
/usr/share/lib/java/javadoc/junit

We approved this case in open LSARC today. Thanks, Jim and John for
getting the file system issue handled.
There is a precedent established by this case: Java jar files will be
placed in /usr/sharelib/java, with versioning in the file names, and a
link to the most current/active jar
