but rename(2) never update cache path. v_path = /export/home/us/oldfile.
help me...,how about update caceh path?

I tried to boot the 10 u4 dvd and then switch DVDs after the OS booted, but the
install complains that it can only install Solaris 10 and ejects the Nevada DVD.
Do you mean to mount the ISO image or the DVD while Solaris 10 u4 is running,
and run the installer from there?
