Hi,
I tried that and uninstalled the pkg first then reinstalled by hand (pkgadd -a
none -d ./ SUNWj6rt) the message was:
'The '/' filesystem has 0 free blocks, the current installation requires 181964

Then a lot of 'could not create this-and-that'

Hi, experts.
Just wonder if it is possible to create a Solaris 10 zone in Indiana (open
solaris 2008.05), maybe as a branded zone, not a xVM guest. There are many
applications only supported under Solaris 10, but not under Solaris 11.
Borrowing the idea from ETude, the capability of Indiana
heyho,
did spend some more time on this and tried 'pkgadd -a none -R /a -d ./
SUNWj6rt' (makes more sense ?). So this is less noisy and ends up with: 'cannot
find required executable /usr/bin/7za'
Maybe an unresolved dependency ?
cheers

even though dtlogin isn't really part of OpenSolaris at all.)

Yes the Linux ufs module does support Solaris ufs: mount -o ufstype=sunx86

I was just in the datacenter this past weekend. I checked everything out in the
BIOS. I enabled 64-bit PCI support. I saw nothing concerning 32-bit prefetch in
drive settings. I also tried changing the device from AHCI to legacy, though
solaris would not boot. Anything else I can possibly try?
What are the available options to play Music/DVD and Video?
Thanks in advance

I would strongly suggest using SFE (http://pkgbuild.sf.net), the
blastwave packages were significantly out of date last I checked.
