Hi, The problem is that you are using ZFS root and BFU archive is created from ufs root.. I am not sure whether we have BFU image for crossbow from ZFS root. I would suggest you to install solaris express with ufs root and then try to BFU or download the iso directly from

Just to note, when I say 'Console' I mean it loads to a part where it verify's the ZFS filesystems (6/6) then it pops out the message Username Console:. I can log in but it is a terminal login which enables me to carry out unix commands so its not like a pre-gui login unfortunately. Any help
