LGPL is some kind of 'glue' license
Sun are already working with Toshiba on certain models which unfortunately
are only available in the US and UK :-|
Lets hope that that relationship is mutually beneficial and we see more
models included and eventually other vendors jump on board.

I have attached the 3 files as you advised. Sorry for the delay, I lost my
install of opensolaris after upgrading to windows7 enterprise and had to
re-install OpenSolaris.

The machine (a SunFire 880) is now running Solaris 10.
Can I use lucreate to create an ABE and install OpenSolaris on it, and
then be able to switch back and forth between them?
