Ok I run my solaris in vmware
With nat works fine but I can't use pkg search the solaris says one server
seems something I don't remember

Try ifconfig XXX dhcp (though if you go that route you'll need to
manually deal with default routes & DNS IIRC). You can also use nwam
or the /etc/hostname.IFNAME files to manage dhcp as well.
