Hi Tim,
You were right. I wasn't using the dev repository, so i was stuck into an old
build of zfs.
So i did those step:
- pkg set-publisher -P -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/ opensolaris.org
- pkg image-update -v : download and upgrade.
- reboot
Then i have version 4 now of zfs and

Why the ZFS and ZPOOL version are that old ?
has anybody else made any progress on this? i've
gotten a version of libupnp compiled but i'm having a
hell of a time getting geexbox ushare compiled
(http://ushare.geexbox.org/). i'm really dying to
get xbox 360 media sharing going from my zfs pool!
any help would be much appreciated.

i planned to make full independ installation package
, one pkg.
But currently been too busy and lack of time.
