It looks like a power or hardware issue (MB or PS probably). Call your support
provider and get the PS replaced.

I run Solaris Nevada on two machines: a W1100z with a DVD drive, and an Ultra
10 that only has a CDROM. I could do a netinstall, but I also appreciate the
CD iso's.

There is no patch yet, AFAIK.
Use - svcadm disable telnet
to disable telnet and you can't be exploited by the issue.
Then, just use ssh to access your servers.

Upgrading to Solaris 10 11/06 isn't the same as loading patches. Often new
features are not in patches, but are in updates. So, your /etc/release will
stay at Solaris 10 06/06 unless/until you do a Solaris upgrade.

Upgrading Solaris versions won't touch the /etc/passwd or /etc/shadow file, so
you should be fine.

You need to copy and paste in the errors you got, and more details.
I've compiled QT 3.x on Solaris 10 a few times now.

In qt 3.x you had to do:
./configure -platform solaris-g++
then add other options.
Mine looked like this:
/usr/local/qt-x11-free-3.3.5/configure -system-zlib -qt-gif -system -libpng
-system-libjpeg -plugin-imgfmt-mng -thread -no-xinerama -xrandr -xrender -xft
-L/usr/X11/lib
Hans,
you aren't running OpenSolaris, you are running Solaris. Some comments which
may help you.
1. Contact Sun via your service agreement. In the U.S., call 1-800-USA4SUN.
2. Don't worry about the USB errors. AFAIK, F15K's don't have USB ports.
3. The storage seems to be working. I'm not
