talonso's suggestion about quotes around the $message worked nicely and
required the least modification, so I went with that.

I have a little script that looks like below, that emails me info on my zfs
pool every day:

My problem is that when I view the mail in
Bah, v 5.1 has been put in maintenance due to stopping too often. It flickers
between online and disabled like mad... sigh.

Ah there... I re-installed and then re-removed the whole shebang.
No mysql stuff installed now.
But still, mysql 5.0 and 5.1 are visible in the services window. Weird.

So I had AMP installed (with mysql 5.1).
I then installed vpanels with mysql...
I think somehow mysql 5.0 was installed too, right there
So I now have two versions of mysql...
I open up the Services window... oh it has changed completely, I didn't ask for
that... but I have bigger problems rig
Oh no, that's great! So ZFS can use the disk fully, there's just an
"invisible" adaptec raid-0 layer between zfs and the disk that doesn't really
change anything, right?

I've put my Adaptec 2410SA enclosure in my OpenSolaris box. I can't get the
drives to appear in the "format" list. The drives are found by the Adaptec
BIOS, but it seems the Adaptec BIOS ignores the drives completely unless you
create a raid array from them? "No logical drives found" it says. An
Hmm doesn't seem to be the case with my setup, mountpoints look ok...

Hmm... I seem to remember some advice from the os about running installgrub on
the mirror drive... possibly related, yes
When upgrading, isn't OpenSolaris supposed to change the default boot
environment to the newly created one? Doesn't happen.
So I tried to do it myself:
