Is it possible at this time to install OpenSolaris and use
pkgsrc/portage/pkg-get to get a complete working system. I am working at a
new job and need to learn solaris but miss bleeding edge BSD/Linux. Any help
and answers would be much appreciated

My question is how far along is Portage from the Gentoo guys in OpenSolaris?
It is suppose to be an officially supported arch. I really would like to see
something like that in use.

netoffice.sf.net allows you to track the progress of projects and even
upload documents to add to those projects. If someone provides the server I
will be more than happy to admin the software. Use it here a lot at work
