Hi,

The problem is that you are using ZFS root and BFU archive is created
from ufs root..

I am not sure whether we have BFU image for crossbow from ZFS root.
I would suggest you to install solaris express with ufs root and then
try to BFU or download the iso directly from

http://opensolaris.org/os/project/crossbow/snapshots/
