Calling curl_setopt with the CURLOPT_NOBODY option, either with TRUE or FALSE 
values causes problems.

With TRUE, the HTTP POST simply fails.

With FALSE, the content is not sent, as if TRUE had been set.

So I omitted it entirely since my application does not need this. Just a 
heads-up in case someone needs to use this. Had no problems with this option 
previously on my CentOS environment.
