I would love nothing more than to work on Solaris-related things all
the time because it is what I love doing.

However, you have to find balance between your personal life and that
which you love to do.

Very few people get paid to do what they love.

I have often had to choose work that pays well instead of work I would
love to do.

Finding balance is hard, damn hard.
