The same over here. I have this issue on two different machines.
One machine seems to work again on built 109.

Bad graphics card driver maybe? Which card do you
use?
I was using a NVIDIA fx4500, I changed it and put in a Palit nvidia 9800GT.
Same thing either way, using the NVIDIA driver version 180.29 which is the same
on that is bundled in with build 110. I even went as far as to remove the one
from
