You need to create host groups. I went through this the other day :)

But the problem is all LUNs are visible to all hosts
which i dont want. I want to restirct LUNs to
particular host only..
This is purely on LAN, I have no FC HBA Installed in
my scenario.

yes you have to set views.
if you want to have it more easy, you could use my napp-it web-gui
for nexenta and Opensolaris.
it has full support for comstar iscsi
