Yes it will stay open source. The CDDL is a very nice license, and doesn't

No body really knows the answer to this, anything is pretty much
speculation at this stage. Its pretty difficult to 'reverse' the open
sourcing policy now but then anything could happen.
You'll have to wait and see - just like everyone else in the industry.
