I refeere to RFC3281 for Privilege Attribute.
Attribute Certificate can be used combined to OpenSSH to grant to a extern user
a shell with a subset of privilege of a registered users without that the
externel user has an account on the system.
The privileges I supposed to be the Solaris privilege
