I've installed build 74 on an IBM xSeries server. The BIOS and terminal
server are already setup for a serial line speed of 38400.
The BIOS output comes up as 38400.

It's really a bug in Solaris
Attach please find my script conspeed which allows you to sync
all the speeds of the devices for SPARC and x86.
I would try and explain exactly what you need to change but I dont remember
exactly what the script does.
