Thanks for the response. The steps are actually very easy (Sun's developers
did all the hard work).
Basically, all you need to do is to modify the power.conf file to enable the
Suspend-to-RAM (S3) support:
pfexec echo S3-support enable
The one big deterrent discouraging laptop users to
use OpenSolaris is the lack of the suspend-to-ram
feature.
