Hmm, after my initial bliss settled for a second I come to realize you said it

I can't remember that Europa requires JDK 1.6. Eclipse itself requires JDK 1.5
per the README,
and I haven't seen any additional requirements for any plugin. Are

Or you could get a clean compile yourself of Eclipse v3.3.0 via CBE, as I did.
No errors or something. They are updating the CBE spec-file sometime, so watch
it. v3.3.0 works good for me. Ive also talked with the manager of blastwave and
Eclipse is available (now/soon) via blastwave.org.
