Perhaps not with ancient releases of SXCE but if you select a
ZFS install it certainly is bootable ZFS.
You need to boot into the middle entry on Grub for the text console.

Solaris 10 is *not* available via torrent. What you downloaded is
probably loaded with a root kit.
However, Solaris 10 is available
i too am having the same problem.
my kernel usage spikes after start up and the HD is very active. Could this be
a lack of RAM issue?
I usually notice the problem once I start up Net Beans 6.5.

OK the OS is proprietary but free. I've already gone through two adviser's with

I would like to tell VirtualBox to use a device on /dev/dsk/* instead to use an

For a ZFS filesystem exported via CIFS, how do I set the volume label as
seen on the windows boxes? Both CIFS and ZFS manuals come up empty on
