I'm running b130.ind
svcadm disable rpc/bind;svcadm enable rpc/bind gives
this message
/lib/svc/method/rpc-bind[50]: /dev/msglog: cannot
create [Permission denied]
Any clues on what to do next? I'd like to get NIS
and NFS running again?

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root
Did you run it as root? Or with pfexec prefix? Also what does this say:
# ls -l /dev/msglog
